What is the cost of your service?

Our service is absolutely free. We buy houses without any fees to the seller. You'll never pay anything for an offer from our home buyers, and there's absolutely no obligation to accept the offer.

What kind of houses do you buy?

We buy houses in any condition and any location.

What do you mean by “Any condition”.  Do you buy houses that need repairs?

Yes!  We will buy any house.  In fact, houses that need some work are our specialty.

How fast can you buy my house?

Filling out the home information form takes less than 2 minutes, and it is sent to my email and cell phone instantly.  Depending on the time of day, I can usually respond to you within the hour.  If we reach an agreement, I can usually close in 10 days or less (or I can extend the timing to a day and time that is most convenient for you).

Can I stop foreclosure by selling my house?

In almost all cases, yes, selling your home will allow you to avoid foreclosure and protect your credit.

Where do you buy houses?

I specialize in Salt Lake County, but I also buy in Davis and Utah counties.  I also have connections with other real estate investors in a wide variety of other areas.  Please contact me with any properties you are interested in selling. 

Do you only buy houses?

I specialize in single family homes, but I purchase all types of real estate including, apartment buildings, duplexes, condos, town homes, and vacant lots, etc.

How do you determine the amount you will offer for our house?

There are many things to consider including the condition of your property, the extent and cost of the renovations required, when we will be able to complete these renovations, and the value of the repaired property relative to comparable properties on the market in the same market.  Other things we think about are the costs of real estate commissions to market the home, the potential cost of insurance, utilities, taxes, and loan payments associated with the home purchase, and any maintenance fees we might generate while renovating your home before we resell it.

Will you buy my property if my property is currently rented and occupied by tenants?

Yes.  I will purchase the home with the tenants in place.  You can leave bad tenants to me and move on with your life. 

If I have moved out of the area do I have to come back for the closing?

We can handle it for you with the assistance of a title company and just mail you the check!
